How much does your logo design package cost and what does it include?
Our Logo Design package is set at a fixed fee (meaning no hidden extra costs) of £245. The package includes 6 initial logo concepts (we spend a minimum of 8 hours developing the initial concepts), unlimited revisions to your chosen concept until you are 100% satisfied, print and web ready files, copyright to the logo design and a free printers cooperation service with regards to your logo.
Do I receive more than 8 hours of studio time?
Yes, far more. We spend a minimum of 8 hours on the initial concepts plus you will receive unlimited revisions to your chosen concept until you are 100% satisfied. We also have to create the print and web ready files once the logo is chosen. The average amount of studio time spent on a clients logo in total is approximately 15 hours. who will create my logo?
We never outsource logo design projects. The logo designer for firebubble will create your logo. The firebubble logo designer has a professionally trained background in logo design and years of industry experience. Please see our logo design portfolio for the standard of work you can expect from our online service.
How long will it take to design my logo?
We usually provide clients with the 6 initial logo concepts within 3 business days. The logo designer will spend a minimum of 8 hours developing the initial concepts so such time is realistically necessary if we are to produce professional concepts for all our clients.
Who will own the copyright?
You will. Once the final payment is received the copyright to the logo design is automatically transferred to you as explained in our terms and conditions.
Will I have direct contact with the logo designer?
Yes, you will have a direct UK landline telephone number and e-mail address so that you may telephone between business hours and e-mail at anytime that suits you.
What type of business logos can you create?
All sorts, the logo designer has created logos for a myriad of different business categories from one man / woman businesses to larger organisations. For examples of some of these business logos please see our logo design portfolio.
What are the print and web ready file formats that you supply the logos in?
Once we have received payment we will send you your logo files which are set up for print and website use. The files include TIFF, J-PEG, Adobe Illustrator CS1, Adobe Illustrator CS3, PDF, EPS, GIFF, J-PEG for web use and another Smaller J-PEG file also for web use.
How does the process work between me and the Designer?
Once you have confirmed that you would like to order the logo design package you will be sent a small questionnaire by e-mail. You then answer the questions and return the e-mail. You can then speak to the logo designer to clarify any further points you wish. The logo designer will then create the 6 logo concepts and send them to you by e-mail (The designs are covered by a transparent watermark to prevent theft. The copyright to the design also belongs to Fire Bubble Design until the final payment is made in full). You then choose your favorite logo and any changes you wish to see to that design will be made until you are 100% satisfied. Once you are happy with the design and the payment has been made we will set up your print and web ready logo files and send them to your e-mail address. We will also send you a CD on request featuring your logo files if you wish. Communication between you and the logo designer is conducted by telephone and e-mail.
What are the payment options?
Payment is usually accepted through PayPal as this provides one of the most secure payment methods for both parties online and the payment clears instantly. Other payment options are money transfer and cheque however we require that all payments have cleared before sending final files.
